Technicians can update work status, time spent, materials used, services completed, miscellaneous purchases and capture customer’s signature as approval of work performed. Customer Invoice and details of work done is automatically generated as work is completed and technician is able to present the invoice or it can be emailed to customer immediately. For companies where an internal approval processes exists before invoice is sent to customer a manager can review and approve work order and generate invoice or send a work report to customer. All our mobile software includes credit card processing so payments can be collected on spot if required. customer approvals are obtained through electronic signature capture.
